By accessing or using PushX Terminal (“PushX”, the “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. The current version and the date of the latest update will always be available on this page.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use PushX Terminal.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so.

03 Description of the Service

PushX Terminal is a set of tools designed to help users organize, review and analyze their trading activity.

Depending on your level of access, PushX may provide features such as trading journals, trade diaries, risk and position-size calculators, economic calendars, educational materials, AI-powered tools and other analytical features.

PushX Terminal is not a broker, exchange, financial institution or trade execution platform. The Service does not hold user funds or execute trades on behalf of users.

Features may be added, changed, limited or removed as the Service develops.

04 Not Financial Advice

PushX Terminal does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Information provided through the Service, including calculations, market information, educational materials, AI-generated responses and analytical tools, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing available through PushX should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

Trading and investing involve risk and may result in partial or complete loss of capital. PushX does not guarantee profits, trading performance, accuracy of predictions or any particular financial outcome.

05 Accounts and Access

Some features require a PushX account and an appropriate access level.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your authentication method and for activity associated with your account.

Your PushX ID is used to identify your account within the Service and may be used to manage access to available features. Access to particular features may vary between users and access levels.

You may not sell, transfer, share or otherwise provide unauthorized access to your PushX account.

06 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PushX Terminal to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or infrastructure;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
• upload malicious software or harmful content;
• exploit vulnerabilities or circumvent access restrictions;
• scrape, automate, copy or systematically extract data without permission;
• reproduce, resell or commercially distribute access without authorization.

We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated or when necessary to protect the Service or its users.

07 User Content and Trading Data

You retain ownership of information and content you submit to PushX, including journal entries, trade information, notes and uploaded screenshots.

You allow PushX to process and store this information only as necessary to provide, maintain and improve the features you use.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter or upload and should not submit content that you do not have the right to use.

08 Intellectual Property

PushX Terminal, including its software, interface, design, branding, graphics, text and original functionality, is owned by PushX or its respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Using the Service does not transfer ownership of PushX intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell or create derivative products from protected parts of the Service without permission.

09 Third-Party Services

PushX may rely on third-party technology and infrastructure to provide certain functionality, including authentication, hosting, data storage, file storage and AI-powered features.

Availability or performance of those services may affect PushX. Links to third-party websites or services may also be provided for convenience. PushX does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their content or availability.

10 Availability and Accuracy

PushX Terminal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every calculation, market data point, AI response or other output will always be complete, current or error-free.

Users should independently verify information when it may affect a trading or financial decision.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PushX is not responsible for losses resulting from trading or investment decisions made using information or tools available through the Service.

PushX is also not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from interruptions, errors, loss of locally stored information, third-party service failures or unauthorized use outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12 Suspension and Termination

We may temporarily restrict or terminate access to PushX if these Terms are violated, if the Service is abused, or when restriction is reasonably necessary for security or operational reasons.

Users may stop using PushX at any time. Questions concerning account access or account data can be directed to PushX support.

13 Changes

PushX is an evolving product. Features, access rules and functionality may change over time.

These Terms may also be updated when necessary. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
